By accessing and using the DesbravaTins website and app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using the desbravatins.com.br website and the DesbravaTins app ("service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version. If you use the service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that legal person.
2. Eligibility and capacity
The service is intended for users with legal capacity to enter into contracts in their country. Minors under 18 should use under parental supervision. By using the service from Brazil, you represent that you comply with applicable Brazilian law.
3. Description of the service
DesbravaTins provides information, maps, itineraries, planning tools and related features for travel in Tocantins (TO), including Jalapão, Serras Gerais, Serras e Lago, Cantão, Ilha do Bananal, Bico do Papagaio and Vale dos Grandes Rios. This includes catalogs of attractions, lodging, dining, guides, operators, interactive map, trip planner, waitlist and, when available, bookings and marketplace. Use is for individuals, personal and non-commercial, unless expressly authorized by DesbravaTins.
4. Acceptable use and conduct
It is prohibited to use the service for illegal, offensive or harmful purposes. You may not: (a) reproduce or commercially exploit content without authorization; (b) use bots or bulk data scraping; (c) attempt to compromise the security of the service; (d) post false or infringing content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of violation.
5. Account and registration
Some features may require registration (waitlist, partners, favorites, itinerary). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these terms.
6. User content
By submitting reviews, comments or photos, you represent that you have rights to the content and authorize DesbravaTins to display it in the service. We are not responsible for content from users or partners; we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or the law.
7. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, text, layout and other elements of the site and app are the property of DesbravaTins or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification or commercial use is prohibited. Partner content remains the responsibility of the respective owners.
8. Informational content and accuracy
Information about attractions, hours, prices and routes is provided "as is". We do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. You should verify with official sources and establishments for bookings and conditions. DesbravaTins is not liable for decisions made solely based on app or site information.
9. Third-party links and services
The service may contain links to third-party sites or apps (partners, social networks, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. Use of external services is at your own risk.
10. Navigation and location
The app may use device location to show your position on the map and suggest routes. Use of location data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disable sharing in device settings; some features may be limited.
11. Termination and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred (confidentiality, governing law).
12. Limitation of liability and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesbravaTins and its partners are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site or app. You agree to indemnify DesbravaTins from claims arising from misuse or breach of these terms.
